The transition from PDFzen to DocHub was completed in 2014, so you'll now see DocHub as an option in your Google Drive or Gmail for your files and in the Chrome Web Store instead of PDFzen, and if you go to PDFzen's website, you will simply be forwarded to DocHub.com.
Dochub is the new and improved version of PDFzen and was entirely rebuilt from the ground up due to the technology used in PDFzen becoming outdated and no longer maintainable. DocHub fixes all of the issues that PDFzen users were experiencing and offers a lot more features and cutting edge tools and web technologies. To find out more about DocHub's story and its parent company Macroplant, you can view DocHub's About page.
We're proud to say that our star rating in the Chrome Web Store has been 4.5 stars out of 5 and has stayed there for several years now. That's a huge improvement and quite an accomplishment from the 2 stars that PDFzen had in 2013 when we acquired it and took over.
DocHub.com is now in the top 1,000 websites in the US for web traffic according to Alexa, the leader in web trends data, and DocHub is becoming one of the most popular online PDF editing and e-signature apps in the world.
