Restore destroyed document?

Crystal Apr 04, 2016 01:28PM CDT

While learning how to use DocHub, I erroneously destroyed an agreement that I thought wasn't signed by the client. Apparently it was and she snail-mailed it. Now she'd like to see it digitally again. Before recreating it, is there a way to restore a destroyed document? I'm guessing no, since Googling didn't provide any results. Just thought I'd double check.

Thank you,

No, we are unable to recover any destroyed (deleted) documents. As soon as you destroy it, then it is removed instantly from our servers for privacy reasons. The article below explains more:

How long are my edited PDFs saved in DocHub?

My bank sent me an email today saying my statement was ready for viewing. When I signed in, the document had been destroyed. In fact all documents had been destroyed.

Why did that happen and how can I keep it from happening again?
