Dochub not working

How come I open dochub I receive a "sorry... it's not you, it's us" message which prevents me from using the program?

Please see this post about how there is currently an outage with Amazon Web Services which is who we use for our cloud storage, so we are just waiting on them to fix their issues on their end:
