We are currently investigating reports about DocHub not loading for some users and will have the issued resolved very, very soon.

I will post again as soon as DocHub is fully restored for all users.

UPDATE: ISSUE RESOLVED. DocHub should be back online for everyone now. If anyone still can’t load DocHub, please first try refreshing the page and/or using a different web browser, and if it still won’t load, let us know which page you do see when going to

I'm still getting the It's not you, it's us 500 message. In Chrome and Edge. Was using it an hour ago, now nothing clears it up. Refresh, close/reopen browser. Can't access, getting same message. Please help.

We are now investigating DocHub being down again for some users and will have it resolved ASAP. It was back up and working but then a new server issue caused it to go down again.

A page refresh should load DocHub and restore full access for anyone getting a 500 or other error page.

I have been having the same issue when trying to open a pdf from Internet Explorer gmail; document will open, but when trying to print, I get an error from Adobe Reader DC when it tries to launch. Other articles said to go to tools/manage add ons and then 'enable' Adobe Reader. Mine was always enabled, so I decided to disable it. Now I do not have an issue with Doc Hub. Doc Hub was not the issue, it was the Adobe Reader DC. Maybe this will help other users.

Thanks for sharing helpful information, Kim.

We do recommend using a web browser other than Internet Explorer, if at all possible, since IE has always been more prone to compatibility problems like the one you describe and since Microsoft is replacing Internet Explorer with their new Edge browser in Windows 10.

We recommend using Chrome for the most compatibility or Safari or Firefox, but if you must use a web browser built into Windows due to using a work or school managed PC, you should use Edge (if you have Windows 10).
