I normally log in through dropbox. I am getting a message that says it won't authenticate. I do not have a separate dochub login that I'm aware of. What do I do now?
Our development team is currently investigating an issue where some accounts can’t login via Dropbox credentials, and we hope to have it resolved very soon. In the meantime, if your DocHub account is also authenticated with your Google account or if you have setup an email/password to login to DocHub, you can simply log in that way instead since those 2 login methods aren’t affected by this. We appreciate everyone’s patience. This only affects Dropbox logins and won’t affect importing or exporting with your Dropbox account in our PDF Export menus or on our document or template upload pages.
In the meantime, if you need to access your DocHub account immediately and don’t have a Google or email/password authentication setup for DocHub yet, you can create an email/password login at the link below by entering the same email address you use for your Dropbox and DocHub account which will send an email notification to you where you can click on the link inside the email to create your own, dedicated DocHub password. Then, you can Login with email address instead and use the email/password combination you just created.
