Stuck at queued for importing.

We have PDF's stored in drive and use Doc Hub to Edit and Mark up these PDF's. we are getting a message when transferring to DocHub Queued of importing. We have 3.03 Download and 1.35 upload. I know this is not that good of an internet speed but it has worked for the last 2 months at this speed. I hate these issue. I don't have time to read a book on fixes. There is nobody to call and if I email my issue to Doc Hub they say it will take up to 24 hours to get back to me. Whatever!!!

Any Ideas on what I could do better in life not to have this issue or to have is resolved in the next 5 minutes.

We experienced a very brief server issue that affected opening and exporting documents, but it should all be back to normal now.
