Google Drive 3rd party app permission requests / DocHub constantly requesting PERMISSION

John Martini Mar 19, 2018 05:24PM CDT

Hello, I'm an avid user of both DocHub and Google Drive and all of it's functions incorporating other apps, etc. I've long been a user of DocHub on my professional / work G Suite accounts. I've been incorporating into my personal accounts, and I'm repeatedly getting the prompt to grant DocHub permission to view and access files on my Google Drive. I've checked and confirmed that within my Google Account > Third-party apps that DocHub has permission. Yet every single time I open a file from my Google Drive in DocHub, it requests permission again. I've thought it may have to do with cookies or site permissions, but I've checked all of that within Chrome as well and everything looks fine. Any suggestions?

As you can see from the below Google Help Forum, they haven't been able to provide a sufficient fix, and are directing us back to DocHub. Thanks.
