Forbidden: Access denied

I am trying to save a document that I edited and it just keep loading & I get Forbidden: Access Denied message.

Please make sure you are logged in to the same account that owns the document, in case you have multiple accounts which can happen if you have multiple Google login sessions in that same browser. If you are sure you are logged in with the correct account, please submit an email support ticket so that we can help you further and investigate, if needed. Then, if you could please include which web browsers you’ve tried and if the issue happens with any of your other documents.
