ESign documents not sending

I have used DocHub for a year or longer and have never had any trouble sending documents for signature. We loaded a new user within the last week and paid for a years worth of service for both users. Now when I send a document for signature the signer is not receiving the request and document, and I'm not receiving the sign request confirmation showing we initiated the doc. Any help?

Our developers fixed this issue with sign request notification emails, so if you haven’t already, please verify by sending or finalizing a sign request or emailing a reminder to a signer.
